Please include your phone model, Android version, the game version shown in Workshop settings, and what happened. A screenshot can help. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information.

Why does my offline tank stop earning?

Your tank has a storage limit. When it says Tank Full, collect your Coins to make room. Capacity upgrades increase how much it can hold.

Do I have to watch an ad?

No. When a rewarded ad is available, it is an optional way to receive the reward shown on its button. You can always collect your normal tank earnings without an ad. Ads may be unavailable because of the game version, your region, consent requirements, connection, or ad inventory.

If an ad fails or you close it before the reward is earned, no ad bonus is due, but your normal collection remains available. If the provider says you earned a reward and it is missing, contact support with the approximate time and reward type.

Where are my color-theme rewards?

Open Goals and the Almanac to check discovery and mastery rewards. Claim an available reward, then choose an unlocked theme from the game's theme controls.

Can I recover my progress?

Progress is stored on your device. Bubl does not provide an account-based cloud-save service. Clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove your progress, so do not reinstall as your first troubleshooting step. Contact us first; recovery is not guaranteed.

Privacy and local data

Read the Bubl Factory privacy policy for local saves, optional ads, support email, and data controls. In-game test reports are shared only if you choose to export and send them.
