Privacy policy
The Creation Nexus LLC operates Bubl Factory. This policy covers the game, its optional advertising features when available, and support requests. Advertising availability depends on the version, region, provider, and consent requirements.

Game information stored on your device
Bubl stores your factory progress, settings, reward records, and coarse gameplay measurements locally. Measurements include session times, milestone counts, the app version, and a randomly generated local test code. They are used for local game operation and testing, not automatically sent to a gameplay-analytics service.
The game does not require a Bubl account, your name, email address, or precise location to play. It does not access your contacts, microphone, or photo library for gameplay.
Reports you choose to share
Internal test versions may include an Export local test report control that prepares session and milestone summaries. The report is not sent automatically: you choose whether to share it and with whom through your device's sharing controls. If you send a report or screenshot to us, we use it to investigate the issue and improve the game. Check shared material for personal information first.
Optional rewarded advertising
Ad-enabled versions ask for a coarse age group (under 13, 13–17, or 18 and older), with an option not to answer. The choice stays on your device; we do not ask for or store your birthday. The app uses this group to decide whether ads may load and to set Google's age-of-consent treatment. Ages 13–17 receive under-age-of-consent treatment; under-13 and unanswered choices do not load ads. You can play the normal game without ads. The app requests non-personalized ads and a general-audience content rating for all eligible players.
Ad-supported versions use Google's AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK and User Messaging Platform. When these services are used, Google may process your IP address and approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, ad and app interactions, and diagnostic information. These support ad delivery and measurement, fraud prevention, and service operation. Google states that Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit.
Google's collection is separate from Bubl's locally stored gameplay measurements. An ad being non-personalized does not mean that no data is processed. Advertising and consent processing depend on the applicable settings, region, and choices.
Read Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner apps. Declining an optional ad does not remove your normal gameplay or normal tank collection.
Support email and website visits
If you contact support, we receive your email address, message, and any details or attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond, troubleshoot, and handle privacy requests. Our business email is provided through Google Workspace. Please do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
Opening our support or privacy pages also sends ordinary connection information, such as an IP address and browser request details, to our website hosting provider, Amazon Web Services.
When optional ad features are eligible, the game also makes small automatic HTTPS requests to our website to read server time for ad cooldowns and daily limits. These requests do not include your factory save, local test code, age group, or advertising identifier. As with other web connections, our hosting provider receives connection information such as your IP address. The game does not fall back to your phone's date to authorize ad rewards if it cannot verify server time.
Sharing, retention, and deletion
We do not automatically upload your local factory save or local test measurements to our servers. Information you send to support may be processed by our email and hosting providers as needed to handle the request, or disclosed when required by law. We do not sell support messages or local game saves.
Local information remains on the device until removed. Erase local factory resets the game save; it is not a control for deleting Google's data or all local test measurements. Clearing Bubl's app storage in Android removes its local app data and progress. Device or operating-system backups, where enabled, follow your backup provider's settings.
Support correspondence is kept while needed to resolve requests, maintain relevant support records, or meet legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent us. We will review requests under applicable law. Google manages data it holds under its own policies and privacy controls.
Your advertising choices
Where a released version makes provider privacy options available, use Privacy options in Workshop settings to review applicable consent choices. Age group & ad preferences lets you review your local age-group choice or choose not to share it. Clearing Android app storage also removes this choice. Android provides controls to reset or delete the advertising ID. You may choose not to use optional ads. Network access is needed to verify ad limits, load ads, or open these web pages; normal offline gameplay does not require an ad.
Age audience
Bubl Factory is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact support so we can review and address it. Age and consent requirements for advertising may differ by location.
Changes and questions
